Replacement Policy

Eligibility

  • Replacement is available only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Process

  1. Email us at contact@khanzomedia.com with order ID and product images.

  2. Our team will verify and approve replacement if eligible.

  3. Replacement will be shipped within 7 working days (subject to stock availability).

Non-eligible Cases

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Products used or damaged after delivery.
